At Tanara Designs, we specialize in the creation of high-quality furniture, primarily focusing on custom upholstered pieces tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers. We operate on a made-to-order basis, meaning we do not carry any products in stock. Additionally, we offer a range of services including re-upholstery and repair services for products purchased from us, ensuring that your furniture remains in excellent condition for years to come.
Orders can be placed online or offline, with a deposit of 50% to 70% required, or full payment for special orders. An invoice will be issued within two working days, including the delivery date. We accept payments via bank transfer and approved digital platforms; cash payments need prior approval from the sales manager. Tanara Designs reserves the right to cancel orders, with refunds processed within 48 hours to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are not included in the invoice and will be paid directly by the customer at the time of delivery. The delivery lead time is typically 6-8 weeks, though exact dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery is made to the doorstep, and Tanara Designs is not responsible for any damage beyond that point.
